My page shows raw code instead of a styled page

This happens when CSS is inside the JSX instead of the separate CSS field. If you're using the AI editor, ask it to "fix the page" or "move the CSS out of the JSX." The platform should handle this automatically, but if it persists, edit the page and ensure the CSS field has content.

The AI chat isn't responding

  • Check your internet connection
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Start a new conversation from the sidebar
  • If the issue persists, the AI service may be temporarily unavailable

I can't log in

  • Verify your email and password
  • Try the "Forgot Password" link
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • If using Google OAuth, make sure you're signing in with the same Google account

My changes aren't showing on the live page

  • Make sure you clicked "Apply Changes" after the AI generated your page
  • Check that your page is set to "Published" (not Draft) in Page Settings
  • Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R) on the live page
  • The service worker may cache old versions — wait a few minutes or clear site data

Background music or video isn't working

  • Music requires Pro plan or higher
  • Video requires Elite plan or higher
  • Audio files must be MP3 format, max 15MB
  • Video files must be MP4 format, max 50MB
  • Autoplay may be blocked by the browser — visitors can tap to start playback
